The Poeh Museum hosts four rotating exhibitions a year, drawing on well-known artists, faculty and students from the Poeh Arts program and the museum's permanent collection. The Museum innaugurated its new Rotating Gallery in August 2003 with Juggling Worlds, featuring the work of reknowned Santa Clara Pueblo artist Roxanne Swentzell.

The Museum’s permanent exhibit Nah Poeh Meng (Tewa for "Along the Continuous Path") opened in 2005.
